Therapy Gyms

We operate two Therapy Gyms, located in Holton Park, near Colchester and Sudbury, Suffolk.

These gyms are inclusive fitness environments dedicated to providing accessible exercise opportunities for individuals of all abilities.

The gym features adaptive equipment and has support from specialist instructors trained to cater to the diverse needs of its members.

Our Therapy Gyms operate Monday through to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
